Numerical simulation of transcranial FUS

Our lab is focused on the development of a highly resolved in silico model of ultrasound energy deposition in the human/animals brain. Our model takes into account attenuation, scattering, absorption of the ultrasound beam due high heterogeneous brain tissue and vascularity.

Technological facility includes a 20-GPU farm and a 600-node HPC computing cluster for algorithm Development as well as ample proprietary cloud data storage.
